On June 11, 2024, Dare 2 Share Ministries (D2S) announced the appointment of their new president, Jason Lamb. Previously serving as executive vice-president of ministry for the organization, Lamb will take on the role of president after the Board of Directors unanimously elected him for the position. The decision will take effect November 1, 2024.

After much prayer and succession planning, the Board of Directors believes Lamb is “the ideal leader.”  Chairman of the Board Jim Lindemann expressed that the new person chosen for the role of president would have upon him the previous president’s “tremendous leadership and guide the ministry into the future.”

Lamb will be succeeding Debbie Bresina, who after nearly 10 years, has decided to step down from her role as president to work as director of strategic partnerships for D2S. She recalled the privilege it was to serve as president and her excitement about this new phase in her career and ministry. “I am looking forward to contributing to the [Dare 2 Share] vision in a new way, through initiating and cultivating collaborative partnerships,” said Bresina.

The D2S team expressed gratitude for her tenure as president. Founder of D2S Greg Stier stated, “Debbie’s amazing vision, stellar leadership and unmatched dedication have been key to shaping Dare 2 Share into the organization it is today.” Though in a new role, the board of directors has emphasized their gratitude for keeping Bresina as part of the D2S team.

Bresina also believes confidently that Lamb is what D2S needs to keep moving forward. “I have known Jason for over 20 years, serving as his mentor and leader during his time at Dare 2 Share,” she said. “I am confident that he will lead the ministry with passion and innovation.”

As the previous executive VP of ministry, Lamb brings vast lived experiences with organizational leadership skills. Additionally, as youth and senior pastor, he is familiar with the first-hand struggles leaders face in “activating their youth for evangelism.” He now wishes to remain faithful and lift D2S’s legacy and mission to “empower youth to boldly share their faith.”

“I am honored and humbled to step into the role of president of Dare 2 Share,” said Lamb. “I am excited to continue to work alongside Greg and Debbie to accomplish this extraordinary vision.”

Dare 2 Share (D2S) was founded in 1991 by Greg Stier with the core goal to “see teens sharing their faith and reaching their world for Christ.” Today, D2S equips millions of students and young leaders around the world to share their faith with no fear and with tools and skills that make the difference. D2S also has a network with indigenous ministry leaders, churches, and youth pastors helping them mobilize their youth for Christ.
