Fans from the tech community are excited to get their hands on Android 7.0 Nougat, and some people are wondering what models and phone will get to experience the operating system (OS) first. A list of phones that will carry the new OS has been released recently.

The latest operating system from Android is the 7.0 Nougat and it has new features. One of its new capabilities is that users can make it into a split-screen or multiwindow mode. Quick Reply is also one of its great features in which owners of the phone can delete, share or even archive a message if they want to. It also has the capability of multilingual support where users can easily switch to another language, and it can also do a quick app switching.

There is already a list of phones that will get to experience the upgrade and among them is the Nexus family. The Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X may have experienced some problems when it upgraded to the OS, but it still proved to be very useful. Nexus 9, Nexus 6 and Pixel C are included in the list.

Samsung, meanwhile, has been a bit slow in terms of rolling out the new upgrade for the OS to its phones. Nevertheless, the Samsung phones that will get to experience the Android 7.0 Nougat are Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, and Galaxy S6 Edge+.

LG has not yet released any official details with regard to the upgrading of its phones' OS, but there are speculations that LG V20, LG V10, LG G5 and LG G3 will experience the Android improvements. Other phone brands that will get the Android 7.0 Nougat OS are Motorola, Sony, One Plus and HTC. The OS may be incorporated in the smartphones possibly later this year or in 2017.
